About us
MCQUEEN FILMS is an award-winning film production company based in Zurich. We produce commercials, short films and documentaries for national and international clients, collaborating closely with agencies and brands to bring creative ideas to life.
We are looking for a motivated Production Assistant Intern who is eager to dive into the daily reality of film production and take on real responsibility.
Your tasks
• Support producers in all aspects of production (planning, casting, location scouting, crew, equipment, travel coordination, scheduling, postproduction)
• Assist with budget solutions and negotiations with suppliers
• Coordinate schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal and external teams in a professional and solution-oriented way
• Research and maintain contacts with artists, suppliers and partners
• Organize production kits and provide general back office support
• Assist as driver and runner on set
• (Optional) Contribute to our social media channels
What we expect
• Passion for film & advertising, curiosity and motivation to learn
• Proactivity, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay structured under pressure
• A positive, hands-on attitude and good communication skills
• Driver’s license (required)
• Based in or around Zurich
